Carolyn Council

Council, Carolyn, R. (nee Ruddle) entered into God's eternal rest surrounded by the love of her family on Saturday, April 15, 2017, at age 73. Beloved wife for 54 years of Harold "Hal" Council. Beloved mother of Ward (Mary Catherine) Council, Wally (Elizabeth) Council and Steve (Julie) Council. Loving grandmother of Robert, Catherine, John, Quinn, Claire, Alexandra, Isabella and Sophia. Dear sister of Marilyn (the late Richard) McVay and the late Debbie Riley. Dear sister-in-law of Rev. Charles (Melody) Pittman and the late Rev. Ray Council. Dear special friend of Herb and Sue Mather. Dear niece, aunt, great-aunt, cousin and friend to many. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Concord Trinity UMC or the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 77 West Port Plaza (#101), St. Louis, MO (63146), are appreciated. Carolyn was a member of Concord Trinity United Methodist Church, she was a Rainbow Girl and was graduated in 1961 from Southside High School in Memphis, TN.
