HOOVER, CAROL A. (Nee Furmanek) Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church on Thursday April 18, 2013. Daughter of the late Louis & Stephanie (Nee Wozniak) Furmanek. Sister of the late Mary Jane (The late Gerald) Burton. Our dear cousin and friend of many. Carol was an active member of Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church and enjoyed her weekly vigil at the Adoration Chapel. She graduated from Rosati Kain High School in 1959 and retired from the Department of Defense after more than 40 years of service. She loved organizing events for the Milentz Dinner Club. SERVICES: Funeral Monday from JOHN L. ZIEGENHEIN & SONS, 7027 Gravois 9:30am to Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church for 10:00am Mass. Interment St. Adalbert's Cemetery, Belleville, IL. VISITATION SUNDAY 4 to 8pm. If desired, contributions may be made to Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, Rosati Kain High School or a charity of your choice. April 21, 2013
