Lutz and supporter of his many endeavors; loving mother of Harold A. (Tillie) Lutz, Jr., Bettsey (Alan) Barhorst and Linda (Wayne) Franklin; dearest grandmother of Stephanie Sausele, Harold A. Lutz, III, Jason Lutz, Jeffrey Barhorst, Jillian Cover, Scott Franklin, Amy Roach, Joshua Franklin and Elizabeth Murphey; dearest great-grandmother of 16; dear sister of the late Bernard Vorholt, Rose Deters,Sr. Concilia Vorholt, CDP, Sr. Benigna Vorholt, CDP, Henry Vorholt, Teresa Bukowsky, Anthony Vorholt, Ann Mohrmann, Gertrude Deister, Lawrence, Ollie and Al Vorholt; Our dear sister-in-law, aunt, great-aunt, cousin and friend to many. She attended St. John the Baptist grade & high school and graduated in the class of 1943. She worked at Small Arms Company during World War II. She co-owned Hiclay Studios, Inc from 1958-1990. She was an active member of Assumption Parish-Mattese since 1949. She was a long-time member of the Missouri Pilots Association. Betty was everybody's copilot. SERVICES: Funeral Wednesday 9:30 am from JOHN L. ZIEGENHEIN & SONS (South County) 4830 Lemay Ferry Rd. (63129), to Assumption Catholic Church for 10:00 am Mass of Christian Burial. Interment Assumption Cemetery. Masses or donations to St. Nicholas Preschool, 701 N. 18th Street, St. Louis, MO 63103. VISITATION TUESDAY 3-8 PM.
