Barbara Sonneborn

Sonneborn, Barbara J. passed from time to eternity on Sunday, December 15, 2013 at age 78. She is survived by her husband, Rev. George Sonneborn; 4 daughters: Diana Dillman, Lori (Dan) Zander, Jennifer (Don) Fisher and Julia Sonneborn; 2 sons: Dr. George (Rosina) Sonneborn and David (Rebecca) Sonneborn; 6 grandchildren: Daniel, Lauren, Jacob, Eli, Stephen and Sarah; 1 brother, Gene (Mary) Whitt (preceded in death by brothers, Lee and Gary Whitt). Barbara was graduated from UMSL Cum Laude with a B.A. in Business Administration and became Senior Academic Advisor to the School of Nursing. Services: Visitation Wednesday 4 - 8 pm at JOHN L. ZIEGENHEIN & SONS (South County), 4830 Lemay Ferry Rd. (63129). Visitation Thursday at St. Lucas UCC, 11735 Denny Rd. (63126) from 12, noon to time of funeral service 1:00 pm Thursday. Interment St. Lucas Cemetery In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Alzheimer's Assn. or UMSL School of Nursing are appreciated. December 18, 2013
