DEKEN, ANN LORETTA CORNELIA, Eldest daughter of the late Cornelius John and Loretta Frances Deken, asleep in Christ Monday, December 8, 2014 at age 66. Beloved sister of Rev. John C. Deken, Joseph Deken, James Deken (Paula), Jerome Deken, (Monica), Mary Fran Pereira (Grig), Jean Marie Deken (Jim Reed), Jane Maxfield, Joan Pisoni (Michael), the late Jude V. Deken, Janet Deken, Thomas Deken, Fran Pipitone (James), Beth Stolarski (John), and Damian Deken. Dear sister-in-law of Judy Deken, Gerry Deken, Anna Miller, and Rev. Dale A. Maxfield; niece, cousin, friend, and beloved aunt of 40 nieces and nephews. Ann was an alumna of Sacred Heart, Holy Trinity, and Saint Mary's schools. She was an enthusiastic bowler who loved classic television shows, puzzles, and music of all kinds. We remember her infectious laugh, her hardworking spirit, and her completely unique way of expressing herself. She was a friend to everyone she ever met, accepting and loving each one as someone very special. She was our darling, and a blessing to all who knew her. Her life was a bright reminder of God's love for us, and her memory will be an even brighter one. Services: Funeral Fri. 11:00 am from JOHN L. ZIEGENHEIN & SONS (South County), 4830 Lemay Ferry Rd. (63129) to St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church for Mass at 11:30 am. Interment Calvary Cemetery. VISITATION THURSDAY 4~8 PM.
