Adrian Vaeth

Adrian F. Vaeth age 81, passed away on Monday, January 19, 2015; loving husband of Patricia E. Vaeth (nee Pothetos); dear father of Melinda Shannon (nee Vaeth), Michelle (Jeff) DeMars, Michael (Lisa) Vaeth, Maury (Jennifer) Vaeth and Matthew (Melissa) Vaeth; dear grandfather of Lindsay (Brian) Wiedermann, Mitchell DeMars, Jordan DeMars, Spencer Adrian DeMars, Christian Cook, McKenzie DeMars, Kennedy Vaeth, Kameron Vaeth, Adrian 'A.J.' Vaeth and Ella Vaeth; dear great-grandfather of Naomi, Nathan, Abby and Adam; dear brother-in-law, uncle, cousin, friend and member of "The Gang". Dad started this journey on May 18. As always, the cornerstone of our family told everyone that day "it is going to be okay" He continued enjoying his life with his family and friends. No matter the hurdles this journey brought, he always said, "it is going to be ok". While the reason for the journey ultimately caused his death, we feel he did beat it, with his constant positive attitude and his ability to live fully. So to honor him, we say yes dad, "it will be okay." Adrian was a long time member of the Iron Workers Local 396. Services: Funeral Thursday 11:30 am at JOHN L. ZIEGENHEIN & SONS (South County) 4830 Lemay Ferry Rd (63129). Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
